3. Payment
Management fees and advertising budgets are agreed before campaigns begin. Ad spend is separate from management fees.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Responding to leads in a timely manner
- Delivering services to their customers
5. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed service arrangement.
6. Liability
Craft Advertise is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue resulting from advertising performance
